Under no circumstances will your personal information - name, surname, address or email - which you use to register with Urban Code, be sent on or shared with a third party.

Payment

Payment can be done via MobilePay (+45 53 61 36 72), by bank transfer or in cash. When we receive your payment, we will deliver/send your purchase.

Shipping

All parcels are sent by PostDanmark. There is no shipping fee for orders of more than 500 DKK to be sent by mail. If you live abroad, please contact us first for a shipping price to your country.

Returns

You may return new, unopened and not used/worn items sold and fulfilled by Urban Code including the invoice within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return.
